We are currently recruiting multiple roles for permanent fulltime Production Operators for the operations team at our Parkhurst processing site, located at North Rockhampton, QLD.
Reporting to the Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Parkhurst plant in a safe and effective manner, engaged on a 7 day, 12 hour shift roster (fortnightly) basis or a Monday to Friday day roster.
To apply for this position, applicants must have:
- Certificate of competency in at least one of the following; Forklift, Front End Loader, Bobcat operation.
- Certification in Gantry Crane is highly desired.
- Operating or maintenance experience in heavy industrial applications
- Thermal process experience would be highly advantageous
- Proactive and demonstrated commitment to safety
The successful candidates will have the ability to communicate and work with a variety of people at a range of organisational levels, and will have a positive attitude towards safety with an ability to demonstrate leadership in this area. You will also have a commitment to Quality and Environmental requirements and legislation and will be successful at working as part of a team.
