Located in Mölndal, Sweden, you will be Financial controller responsible for Sibelco Norway's facilities (Åheim, Spone, Fossbek, Stjernoy). This role will require travel to Norway approximately 2-3 times a month.
Financial reporting and analysis, follow up and forecasting of Capex, key ratios, profitability and trends.
Calculation and follow up on standard cost/product cost
Calculation and follow up on transfer prices (intercompany prices)
Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business (optimization)
Validation of data quality (make sure we have the same data in all systems)
Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
Developing financial reviews and providing investment advice
Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings
Supporting Site managers with financial information
Skills and Experience:
Proven working experience as a Financial controller
Experience in corporate reporting
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills: Advanced Excel, M3 (or similar ERP system)
