What We Offer:
Starting with an 18 months placement within our Engineering organisation, our program is designed to expose you to a global view of the industrial environment through the completion of 3 key projects. You will be encouraged to work with our operations, instrumentation and engineering teams to update P&IDs and assess the future process and design engineering capability required to ensure Sibelco is able to embrace new trends in technology.
Our Engineering group comprises multiple skillsets and roles including process, project, maintenance and reliability engineering and work closely with Operations where we search for people who are interested in operational management, production and scheduling. The primary work location will be Sibelco's Spruce Pine site in North Carolina where you will immerse yourself into our onsite engineering and operational activities.

What we look for:
- Educated to degree level (e.g. industrial, mechanical or chemical engineering, mining engineering) as a minimum. A Masters would be highly regarded
- Competent English language skills. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Have the right to work in The USA and be mobile to travel globally
- Industry or intern experience is an advantage
- A safety before production mentality
