About the service:
Working in Customer Service Sweden means that you are part of a team of 7 team members who work closely with sales, customers, suppliers and other departments.
Your duties will mainly consist of order management and to provide service to Sibelco's customers. The service includes some logistics administration such as booking of freight for sea freight and land transport. We want you to be responsible and "own" your order until it is followed up and ready.
You will also work with sales support such as quotation management, price updates and complaints handling in our CRM system.
You will have a lot of contacts via mail and phone with customers and facilities that are located locally in the Nordic region but also internationally.
Who thrives here:
We are looking for someone experienced in Customer Service work tasks such as order handling and CRM system. Experience in SAP will be considered an advantage.
A large part of the orders you will handle are from our Norwegian company, which is why experience of export and knowledge about export documentation would be a plus.
Furthermore, you are a positive person with good communicative ability and above all a team player. You enjoy to work at a fast pace and manage to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English is essential to success in this role.
