About the role:
Sibelco takes pride in working closely with our customers and gaining intimate knowledge of their needs and processes; drawing on our global resources and expertise to deliver solutions and real value for all end users of our products. The Customer Service Team plays a big part in this.
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer service professional to lead, motivate and develop a Customer Service team of 18 people. Responsibilities for the role will include supporting the standardised way of working in order to meet the KPIs set to continuously improve customer satisfaction and the implementation of SAP as the new Sibelco ERP system
Skills, experience and competencies required:
Demonstrated experience in a customer service within a multi-national organisation
Strong people management and communication skills
Experience with change management & process optimisation
Good influencing skills
Experience with one or more of the following: CRM, SAP
Languages:
Dutch and English spoken and written skills are essential
