To lead the implementation of a Sales Forecasting Platform across the APAC region, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager, on a 6 month fixed term contract with a possibility for extension. There is flexibility to base the position out of our South Brisbane or North Sydney office.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

  • Lead the planning and implementation of the project through facilitating the definition of project detailed scope, goals and deliverables, developing a full scale project plan detailing project tasks and resource requirements
  • Manage the project budget, resource allocation, schedule project timelines and coordinate, provide direction and support to the project team
  • Develop and lead the risk management process across project
  • Track project deliverables and manage changes, including coordination of relevant support services, using appropriate tools and constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to stakeholders
  • Leading the identification and documentation of business requirements and process maps for the sales forecasting process
  • Liaise with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that the technical solution meets all business requirements
  • Provide recommendations to the Project Steering Committee and other managers within the business regarding familiarization and training requirements in relation to new processes or systems
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan in consultation with key stakeholders
  • Implement Forecast accuracy measures
  • Ensure that the processes and system deliver a significantly more accurate Sales Forecast into the S&OP process and Finance system, while providing systems support to the Sales team.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant tertiary qualification that is supported by proven, experience in managing business transformation projects, across multi disciplines, on time and to budget. This experience will include the design and analysis of complex processes across multiple platforms, in a large organisation. Professional qualifications in Project Management and experience with Forecasting or Supply Chain systems is also essential.

Your well-developed negotiation and critical thinking skills will be evident, as will your ability to build and manage relationships across various levels and departments to ensure project outcomes are achieved and the change management process successful.
